Our Services
Fee for service Educational Advocacy may include any or all of the following:
- Empower parents to self-advocate
- Accompany parents to school meetings
- Comprehensive record review
- Develop an action plan with the family
- Assist parents with letter writing
- Observe the student in school and home settings
- Draft measurable IEP goals, objectives, and specially designed instruction
Services not provided:
An Education Advocate is not an attorney. Education advocates cannot practice law or provide legal advice as an attorney. Should legal counsel become necessary, your advocate can recommend legal services. If your case goes to mediation or due process, your educational advocate will recommend the services of an attorney at that time.
